Anti-ZNF225 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 225. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 706 amino acid residues and a mass of 82.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF225 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF225 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF225 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
