Anti-SNRPD3 antibodies are reagents for the detection of the antigen 'small nuclear ribonucleoprotein D3 polypeptide' in immunological applications such as Western blot, flow cytometry, IHC, and ELISA. The SNRPD3 gene encodes a core component of the spliceosome, which is a nuclear ribonucleoprotein complex that functions in pre-mRNA splicing. In humans, SNRPD3 gene encodes a protein with a canonical length of 126 amino acid residues and a mass of 13.9 kDa. One more isoform is produced by alternative splicing. A proposed housekeeping gene, SNRPD3 is widely expressed in many tissues, notably thyroid and prostate. SNRPD3 orthologs are found in mouse, rat, zebrafish, Rhesus monkey, chicken, bovine, and more.
