Anti-PPP2R3B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein protein phosphatase 2 regulatory subunit B''beta. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 575 amino acid residues and a mass of 65.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. PPP2R3B is known to be involved with protein dephosphorylation and the cell cycle. Synonyms for this target antigen include PPP2R3L, PPP2R3LY, PR48, PR70, serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 2A regulatory subunit B'' subunit beta, and NYREN8. PPP2R3B gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine, frog and chicken species. Some PPP2R3B antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
