Anti-PPM1N antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein protein phosphatase, Mg2+/Mn2+ dependent 1N (putative). In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 430 amino acid residues and a mass of 46.2 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the PP2C protein family, PPM1N is known to be involved with the Wnt signaling pathway. Synonyms for this target antigen include probable protein phosphatase 1N. PPM1N gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Indicated applications for PPM1N antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
