Anti-LPAAT3 antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene AGPAT3, or '1-acylglycerol-3-phosphate O-acyltransferase 3' in humans. The 376-amino acid protein is a member of the 1-acyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase family. The cellular localization is predicted to be nuclear.
