Anti-SADA antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SADA antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the BRSK2 gene, which encodes BR serine/threonine kinase 2. This protein is known to function in cytoskeleton organization and neuronal development, among other biological roles. The human version of SADA has a canonical amino acid length of 736 residues and a protein mass of 81.6 kilodaltons, although 6 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER and cytoplasm of cells. Other names for this target antigen include C11orf7, PEN11B, and SAD-A. Indicated applications for SADA antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
