Anti-MTHr antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MTHr is a known alias name of the protein DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member C10, encoded by the DNAJC10 gene in humans. This 793-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the apoptotic pathway, among other biological processes. It is localized to the ER of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for MTHr include ERdj5 and JPDI. Indicated applications for MTHr antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
