Anti-P-CIP2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target P-CIP2 is a known alias name of the protein U2AF homology motif kinase 1, encoded by the UHMK1 gene in humans. This 419-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in neuronal development and peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be widely expressed, with highest levels in skeletal muscle, kidney, placenta and peripheral blood leukocytes. Indicated applications for P-CIP2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
