Anti-EEOC antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the EEOC antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CHD2 gene, which encodes chromodomain helicase DNA binding protein 2. This protein is known to function in DNA damage pathways and hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of EEOC has a canonical amino acid length of 1828 residues and a protein mass of 211.3 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as DEE94. Indicated applications for EEOC antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
