Anti-IRF7H antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the IRF7H antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the IRF7 gene, which encodes interferon regulatory factor 7. This protein is known to function in viral immune response and DNA damage pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of IRF7H has a canonical amino acid length of 503 residues and a protein mass of 54.3 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include IMD39 and IRF7A.
