Anti-TTLL13 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tubulin tyrosine ligase like 13. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 815 amino acid residues and a mass of 93.6 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis. A member of the Tubulin--tyrosine ligase protein family, TTLL13 is known to be involved with cytoskeleton organization. Synonyms for this target antigen include tubulin polyglutamylase TTLL13P, tubulin tyrosine ligase like 13, pseudogene, tubulin tyrosine ligase-like family, member 13, tubulin--tyrosine ligase-like protein 13, and tubulin polyglutamylase TTLL13.
