I have used this PCR master mix for GC-rich and long PCR. This is an exceptional master mix with high fidelity. This has added DNA gel loading dye, so I use it for gel purification of PCR products straight after PCR.

I use this master-mix for complex PCRs. I use 60 degrees as universal annealing temperature. Also, i have amplified various vector backbones (often close to 10 kb) using this mastermix, and I have not noticed any errors.
