1-2 ml TrypLE Express is added to adherent cell lines like RBL-2H3 and HL-1 for a few minutes till the cells appear round. 2 ml of cell culture medium is added and pipetted gently to dissociate the cells. The suspended cells is split into new cell culture flask with fresh medium.
