Used at a concentration of 1:1000, it provides very strong bands. I used this antibody in SHSY5Y with the purpose to evaluate mitochodria fusion. The antibody detects the two isoforms of OPA1 and is very strong when used 1:1000 in BSA 5% on a nitrocellulose membrane. I used a secondary antibody 1:5000. Predicted molecular weight is correct. Strongly recommended.
