This LC3 antibody works nicely for Western Blotting. It detects LC3 I and II. LC3-II bands are weak but quantifiable. For us this antibody also detects the marker. Unfortunately, several unspecific bands appear above 38 kDa. However, bands for LC3-I and LC3-II are specific as they are changed for samples in which autophagy was blocked or enhanced.
