Western blot analysis of PDLIM2 using PDLIM2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-37962) (0.3 µg/mL) in staining of Mouse Lung lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
Western blot of PDLIM2 in mouse lung lysate was performed using 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a PDLIM2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37962) at a dilution of 0.3 µg/mL and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
