Flow Cytometry: NG2/MCSP Antibody (LHM 2) [Alexa Fluor 647] [NB100-2688AF647] - A cell surface stain was performed on U87MG cells with NG2/MCSP antibody (LHM 2) NB100-2688AF647 (blue) and a matched isotype control NBP2-27287AF647 (orange). Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2 ug/mL for 20 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.
