Immunostaining of paraffin embedded brain section from transgenic mouse expressing human APP (dilution 1 : 2000). Immunoreactivity in dystrophic dendrites surrounding amyloid plaques was revealed using diaminobenzidine as chromagen. Nuclei were counterstained with haematoxylin (blue).
