Samples were incubated with VDAC2/VDAC3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-41205). human brain cell lysate in the A) absence and B) presence of immunizing peptide. The approximately 55 kDa band is not blocked by the immunizing peptide and is believed to result from non-specific cross-reaction.
