Western blot analysis of HDAC9 in human HeLa cell lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide and 3) and mouse RAW cell lysate. Samples were incubated in HDAC9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23346) using a dilution of 0 µg/mL, 1.0 µg/mL and 0.5 µg/mL respectively followed by a goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody. PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.
