Preimmune IgG was used as a negative control. The asterisk represents the position of non-specific signals. (B) Distribution of CB proteins in sucrose gradients. Adult testicular extracts were subjected to 10–45% sucrose gradient ultracentrifugation. Aliquots of each fraction (10 μl) were analyzed by immunoblotting with specific antibodies indicated. ACTB and RPL26 were used to indicate the mRNA-free and polysome fractions, respectively.
