Western blot analysis of COMP in various lysates. Samples were incubated with COMP monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-50899) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL followed by HRP-Linked Caprine Anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 0.2 µg/mL.
