Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) analysis of NAMPT in human colon tissue using NAMPT Monoclonal Antibody (C8) (Product # MA5-50951) (20 µg/mL) and using PBS intead of the primary antibody as a control. The sample was then stained with HRP-Goat anti-Mouse IgG polyclonal secondary antibody (2 µg/mL). DAB staining.

Samples were incubated with NAMPT monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-50951) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL followed by HRP-Linked Caprine Anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 0.2 µg/mL. Lane 1: Mouse Liver lysate; Lane 2: Mouse Heart lysate.
