Western Blot analysis of PC12 cell lysate using 029568 (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrows indicates Neurexin3 (~180/55kD). Several beta isoforms may be observed at a molecular weight of 70kD, 51kD, 47kD, and 44kD. Additional bands may also be observed around 40-55kD as a possible result of the posttranslational processing.
