Wistar rat splenocytes were stained with CD4 Monoclonal Antibody, APC (Product # 17-0040-82) and 0.25 µg of Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control, eFluor 450 (Product # 48-4714-82) (left) or 0.25 µg of CD8a Monoclonal Antibody, eFluor 450 (right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
