Immunohistochemistry analysis of GLB1 in paraffin-embedded human ovarian carcinoma using GLB1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-85195) at a dilution of 1:500.

Western blot was performed using Anti-GLB1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85195) and a 60 kDa and 80 kDa band corresponding to beta-galactosidase was observed along with uncharacterized bands (*) across cell lines and tissues tested. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of BeWo (Lane 1), SK-BR-3 (Lane 2), U-87 MG (Lane 3), MCF7 (Lane 4), LNCaP (Lane 5), BJ (Lane 6), iPSC (Lane 7), Tissue extracts of Mouse Skeletal Muscle (Lane 8), Rat Skeletal Muscle (Lane 9), Mouse Placenta (Lane 10) and Rat Placenta (Lane 11) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX).The expression of beta-galactosidase was observed to be high in Mouse and Rat Placenta in comparison to Lower expression in Mouse and Rat skeletal Muscle. Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody ( 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:20000 dilution) using the iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System (Product # A44115). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34580).
