Fig 2: LSEC express other EC markers.The expression LYVE-1, PROX-1, VEGFR1, VEGFR2, VEGFR3, PV-1, Stabilin, and endoglin were determined by FACS analysis of Cyp1b1+/+ and Cyp1b1-/- LSEC. Please note the increased levels of VEGFR2 in Cyp1b1-/- LSEC. These experiments were repeated with two different isolation of LSEC with similar results.

In Panel B, FACScan analysis was employed to assess VEGFR1 and VEGFR2 expression in wild-type and Bim -/- astroglial cells. The shaded histogram denotes staining in the presence of control IgG.
