C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were stained with CD3 Monoclonal Antibody, FITC (Product # 11-0031-82) and 0.06 µg of Rat IgG2b kappa Isotype Control, Super Bright 600 (Product # 63-4031-82) (left) or 0.06 µg of CD150 Monoclonal Antibody, Super Bright 600 (right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
