Western blot was performed using Anti-cIAP2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-51700) and 68, 72 kDa bands corresponding to cIAP2 were observed in Raji, Daudi and Mouse Thymus but not in BeWo, HEL 92.1.7, IMR-32, SH-SY5Y and Mouse Brain. Nuclear enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of Raji (Lane 1), Daudi (Lane 2), BeWo (Lane 3), HEL 92.1.7 (Lane 4), IMR-32 (Lane 5), SH-SY5Y (Lane 6), Mouse Thymus (Lane 7), Mouse Brain (Lane 8) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 10% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0301BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:4000) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
