B6-Rosa26-hAGT is a human angiotensinogen (AGT) knock-in mouse generated at the Rosa26 locus on the C57BL/6J background. The model stably expresses human AGT without affecting endogenous mouse AGT and develops sustained hypertension, arterial remodeling, cardiac hypertrophy, fibrosis, cardiac dysfunction, and renal injury following AAV-hRENIN induction. It is suitable for AGT-targeted drug screening, renin-angiotensin system research, and cardiovascular drug evaluation
