RT-qPCR Kits

Kits for RT-qPCR, or quantitative reverse transcriptase PCR or real-time RT-PCR, enable quantitative PCR directly from RNA samples. These ready-to-use kits include the necessary components for carrying out both cDNA synthesis and qPCR. Kit components typically include reverse transcriptase, polymerase, buffer, fluorescent probes, and dNTPs. Additional reagents such as RNase inhibitors and enhancers may also be included.
