This kit has been developed to isolate untouched and highly purified CD8+ T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by negative selection. Non-CD8+ T cells are depleted by labeling biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoparticles.
