ChargeSwitch™ Plasmid ER Mini Kit uses magnetic bead-based technology to allow for rapid and efficient purification of plasmid DNA from 1-5 ml of fresh, overnight bacterial cultures without the use of chaotropic salts, organic solvents, or ethanol, to yield up to 20 µg of transfection-grade plasmid DNA in a total time of about 10 minutes after sample preparation.
