The Quantikine™ QuicKit™ Human Lipocalin-2/NGAL Immunoassay is a one step, 80-minute solid phase ELISA designed to measure human Lipocalin-2 levels in cell culture supernates, serum, heparin plasma, saliva, and urine. It contains NS0-expressed recombinant human Lipocalin-2 and antibodies raised against the recombinant protein. Results obtained using natural human Lipocalin-2 showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the QuicKit standards.
