The Quantikine™ QuicKit™ Human GDF-15 Immunoassay is a one step, 80-minute solid phase ELISA designed to measure human GDF-15 levels in cell culture supernates, serum, plasma, and urine. It contains CHO cell-expressed recombinant human GDF-15 and antibodies raised against the recombinant protein. Results obtained using natural human GDF-15 showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the QuicKit standards.
