The JMJD2A Homogeneous Assay Kit is designed to measure activity of the JMJD2A for screening and profiling applications, using AlphaLISA® technology. The key to the JMJD2A Homogeneous Assay Kit is a highly specific antibody that recognizes demethylated substrate.
