The mouse IgE ELISA Flex kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. It is recommended for quantification of mouse IgE in solution, e.g. in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. Mouse IgE alltoypes IgEa and IgEb are detected.
