The vector of anti-LTβR×TRAIL-R2 tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human LTβR and TRAIL-R2. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing bivalent scFv of anti-LTβR×TRAIL-R2 antibody and linked to CD28 and CD3ζ signaling domains.
