The pFN11A (BIND) Flexi Vector is a component of the CheckMate/Flexi Vector Mammalian Two-Hybrid System, and expresses a fusion protein comprised of a DNA-binding domain of the yeast GAL4 gene, a linker segment and an in-frame protein-coding sequence
