Description
Our FACS single B cell sorting platform is used to sort antigen-specific single B cells from the spleens of immunized mice, or the peripheral blood and spleens of immunized rabbits.
Advantage:
• 1000: Sorting of 10 plates of antigen-specific B cells
• 1 day: Complete all B cell sorting within one day
• 10-12 days: B cell culture for 10–12 days
