Yonatan Katzenelenbogen is a senior graduate student (Ph.D. candidate) in Dr. Ido Amit’s lab, in the Department of Immunology at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel. He has specialized in developing single-cell RNA-seq technologies for immuno-genomic research. He is interested in deciphering the molecular landscape of tumor-resident myeloid suppressor cells for the discovery of new targets for immunotherapy. Yonatan got his Master’s degree at the Weizmann Institute and his Bachelor’s degree at the Hebrew University, Israel. His guilty pleasures are traveling, awkwardly dancing and violently singing while accompanying himself on the piano. Despite the long hours he spends in the lab, he tries to devote a fair amount of time to his close family and friends.
