SLT is the large-scale model. 10ml electroporation of 2x10E9 CHO cells allows 200ml Fed-batch culture, reaching g/L antibody expression level in 7 days. Also compatible with 200ul and 1ml tubes. Model SLT can be equipped with optional fusion accessories for hybridoma generation.
