MC-GGFG-Exatecan (MC-GGFG-DX8951) is a agent-linker conjugate for ADC. MC-GGFG-Exatecan is a DX8951 (a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor) derivative with protease cleavable MC-GGFG linker.
