Description
Product Application：It is used (particularly intravenously, as the lactate) for the short-term management of severe heart failure. Milrinone inhibits the action of phosphodiesterase-3 preventing degradation of cAMP. The corresponding increase in cAMP levels leads to increased activation of protein kinase A. It is a selective phosphodiesterase inhibitor with vasodilating and positive inotropic activity
