An inhibitor of HIV-1 integrase DNA strand transfer (IC50 = 14 nM); an inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2 Mpro at 10 µM in a fluorescence-based assay; decreases SARS-CoV-2 replication (EC50 = 0.27 µM) and reduces PFUs in infected Huh7.5 cells in a concentration-dependent manner
