A leukopak is an enriched leukapheresis product collected from normal peripheral blood.
Leukopaks from mobilized peripheral blood are collected from healthy human volunteer donors under IRB approved informed consent by leukapheresis using the COBE® Spectra Apheresis System MNC collection protocol
