The anti-RPS4Y1 (TIRYPDPVI) TCR (clone YKIII.8) Jurkat cell line is a stable cell line made from the anti-RPS4Y1 TCR lentivirus. The recombinant Jurkat T cell was designed to predict the MOA of RPS4Y1-TCR, measure the RPS4Y1-TCR specificity and screen target cells expressing RPS4Y1. And the product can be used to treat Graft versus host disease (GvHD)
