Description
The pseudotyped lenti-SARS-CoV is a viral particle generated by combining the spike protein from the SARS-CoV virus with a lentivirus vector to express the S protein on the surface of the viral particle. This pseudotyped virus can be used for the identification and quantification of neutralizing antibodies, drug screening, quantification of viral mutant infectivity, and identification of host factors and restriction factors for coronaviruses. The pseudotyped lenti-SARS-CoV provided significant value in studying SARS-CoV infection mechanisms
