Description
Induced pluripotent stem cells (also known as iPS cells or iPSCs) are a type of pluripotent stem cell that can be generated directly from a somatic cell. iPSCs hold promise in the field of regenerative medicine, because they can propagate indefinitely, as well as give rise to every other cell type in the body (such as neurons, heart, pancreatic, liver cells, etc.), they represent a single source of cells that could be used to replace those lost to damage or disease. Creative Bioarray provides you with our human iPSCs (hiPSCs) derived from various human somatic cells (foreskin fibroblasts, PBMCs, mesenchymal stromal cells, etc.) by various reprogramming methods (episomal plasmids, retroviral transduction, etc.). These iPS cells are established from a single clone and expanded in feeder-free conditions. Patient-derived iPS cell lines are also available. We currently provide diseased specific iPS cell lines are derived from patients with Diabetes, Alzheimers's Disease (AD), Parkinson's Disease (PD), Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). More disease-specific iPS cell lines are under development and we also provide custom iPSC generation and iPSC differentiation services to meet your needs
