Description
Human iPSC-derived Cortical Neurons are derived from human dermal cells, using integration-free induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines under a fully defined proprietary induction and maturation conditions. Human iPSC-derived Cortical Neurons are branched structures when plated as a monolayer in culture and express biomarkers such as beta-3-Tuj, GAD65/67, VGLUT1/2, and Map2. Human iPSC-derived Cortical Neurons can be used under maturation conditions, co-culture conditions (with astrocytes), and short-term functional characterization studies
